Your privacy is very important to me. Here I explain how I manage your data and what external services I use.
What data do I collect?
- Email (to respond to you, send you the pack or the newsletter).
- Name and message (only if you use the contact form).
I only collect the minimum data necessary to respond to you or send you useful information related to technical books, practical exercises, resources on technology, programming and productivity.
External services used
- Web3Forms: manages contact and download forms, sending your message directly to my email.
- Substack: administers the newsletter and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare: protects and accelerates the website, manages traffic and security.
- Resend: service for sending automated emails (packs, confirmations, etc.).
None of these tools perform invasive tracking or install tracking cookies in your browser.
Data retention period
I keep your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:
- Contact form: I keep your email and message for 90 days after sending you the response, for possible follow-ups. After that, they are automatically deleted.
- C100 book free pack: I keep your email and name to be able to send you future updates of the pack or resources related to the book. You can request deletion at any time.
- Newsletter (Substack): Your data is kept while you maintain your active subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Legal basis and rights
The legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, which you can easily revoke:
- Newsletter: Click on the unsubscribe link included in each email.
- Contact form or free pack: Write to me directly through the contact form requesting deletion of your data.
I do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data I have about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request complete deletion of your data.
- Limitation: Request restriction of the processing of your data.
- Portability: Receive your data in structured and readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form and I will attend to your request as soon as possible (maximum 30 days).
